Nickel powder (Ni)

keyword:Experimental rotary kiln

Description

Nickel powder (Ni), also known as carbonyl nickel powder, is primarily used in coatings and plastics as a high-efficiency conductive pigment to reliably shield electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) in electronic devices.

It is also widely applied in various high-gloss decorative paints and plastics, offering durable luster, and serves as an ideal alternative to aluminum powder in water-based systems as anti-corrosion paint due to better chemical stability. Additionally, fine spherical nickel powder with excellent fluidity and uniform particle size can be used in high-performance conductive inks for precise electronic circuit printing.
