High-precision atmosphere control with advanced sensors and intelligent algorithms enables real-time monitoring and adjustment of temperature (±0.5℃ error), humidity and gas composition. It supports multi-stage temperature programming for automatic precision control. The 7-inch touch HMI with clear icons and simple logic offers one-key startup, parameter memory and fault alerts, easy for both pros and novices.

 

2. Dynamic tumbling heating, uniform heating, avoid overburning or undercooking.
Dynamic tumbling heating combines 360° rotating drum (5-15 rpm variable speed) and multi-point heaters, ensuring full material turning and heat contact. Intelligent control adjusts heating power in real time to avoid overburning/undercooking from static heating, boosting qualification rate by over 20% vs traditional methods.

 

3. Precision cylinder without welds, no leakage, ensure material purity.
Weld-free precision cylinder is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel via integral forging, eliminating leakage and dirt-hiding risks. Its Ra0.8μm smooth inner wall prevents adhesion and pollution, ensuring material purity. It passed 100,000 pressure tests and 5,000-hour operation with zero leakage.
