The invention patent of "A Ceramic Rotary Kiln with Built-in Heating", independently developed by Fenggu Equipment, has been successfully authorized by the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

Recently, the invention patent of "A Ceramic Rotary Kiln with Built-in Heating", independently developed by Fenggu Equipment, has been successfully authorized by the Korean Intellectual Property Office. As Fenggu Equipment’s first international patent, this authorization marks that the company’s rotary kiln technology innovation has gained international authoritative recognition, and also taken a crucial step for the company to expand overseas markets and participate in international technological competition.

In the high-temperature firing of positive and negative electrode materials for lithium batteries, traditional kiln equipment has such problems as metal foreign matter precipitation which affects product purity, as well as low external heating efficiency and high energy consumption. Aiming at these industry pain points, the patent provides an innovative solution: adopting the "built-in heating + ceramic kiln body" design. On the one hand, the ceramic material prevents the precipitation of metal foreign matter and ensures material quality; on the other hand, the built-in heating improves thermal efficiency and reduces energy consumption, providing efficient and environmentally friendly technical support for powder calcination.
